PRODUCTS DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) Tubing – Lakeside manufactures its own hollows for Cold Drawing. Our round tubing size range extends from 1.000" OD x .083" wall thickness to 4.500" OD x .313" wall thickness. Capability exists to produce certain shapes such as hex OD / hex ID. Grades for all products include 1010, 1020, 1021X, 1026, 1030 and 4130. Our ability to manufacture small diameter heavy wall product with extremely tight chemistry control has set us apart from the competition. Hot Finished ERW/SRM Tubing – Lakeside offers hot finished tubing as a cost effective alternative to the traditional DOM product for use in high volume applications. We can produce to all the grades we do for DOM as well as proprietary grades (ie, Stel 80) for special applications. Our Hot Finished ERW/SRM Tubing has been particularly effective for use in the production of extruded axle tube assemblies and hot finished stabilizer tubes. Our size range extends from 1.050" OD x .126" to 4.500" OD x .440" wall thickness.
