Lakeside Grade J55 Oil Well Tubing is manufactured on our state-of-the-art, 28 Stand ERW/Stretch Reduction Mill to API 5CT Specifications (API Q1 licensed). Product manufactured on this mill is considered full body normalized and is fully upgradeable by heat treatment to L-80, N-80 and P-110. In addition to Oil Well Tubing, we manufacture all common Macaroni Tubing Sizes in Grade J55.
Lakeside manufactures Oil Well Casing to API 5CT Specifications (API Q1 Licensed) in outside diameters ranging from 4.500" to 8.625". The most common grades supplied are H40 and J55. We offer Proprietary Grades Stel 65 and Stel 80 in the "as welded" condition, designed for applications where higher internal strength is required.
Lakeside Line Pipe is used for conveying gas, oil, liquefied petroleum products, ethanol, solids in water slurry and water over long distances. Our licensed pipe products are compliant with the API 5L and CSA Z245.1 (Canadian Standards Association) Specifications and are available in various grades.
