Our Drill Rod Tubing is manufactured from Grade 4130 ERW (Electric Resistance Weld) hollows which are then Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) to produce Mechanical Tubing. We provide sizes from 1.750" OD to 4.500" OD in cut lengths between 42" and 150". Dimensional tolerances, restricted chemistry control and superior straightness are characteristic of our Drill Rod Tubing.
Mechanical Tubing for use in Casing, Inner Tubes and Outer Tubes is primarily manufactured from Grade 1026 ERW (Electric Resistance Weld) hollows followed by the DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) process. Our size range extends from 1.396" OD to 4.500" OD in cut lengths between 60" and 150".
We also offer a cost effective hot finished tube for use in manufacturing popular casing sizes. Available in 3.500" and 4.500" outside diameters, our Hot Finished Tubing has been designed to meet higher yield strengths without the added cost of cold drawing. The tubes are available in cut lengths between 60" and 122".
